About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of office buildings and retail spaces in Bristol . You will be responsible for executing a wide range of cleaning duties, ensuring all areas meet rigorous hygiene and aesthetic standards. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning routines in assigned commercial areas, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, and ensure they are kept clean and safe.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, replenishing supplies as needed.
• Empty and clean waste bins, ensuring proper disposal of rubbish and recycling.
• Wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, paying attention to high-touch areas.
• Report any maintenance defects or safety hazards to the building manager immediately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
