About the Role

You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and financial performance of commercial properties, fostering strong relationships with tenants and vendors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
• Manage tenant relations, address concerns, and ensure lease agreements are upheld.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and lease terms.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and rent collection reconciliation.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and emergency situations promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance, building systems, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
