Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring high tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration, including renewals, rent reviews, and service charge management.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and facility management activities.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including budgets, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial property management or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, property law, and building maintenance.
• Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and reporting.
