About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee their portfolio from a remote setting, supporting operations based in Bradford . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation, profitability, and tenant satisfaction across a range of commercial properties. You will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including financial oversight, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and strategic planning, all managed through a remote-first framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage property budgets, including revenue, expense, and capital expenditure forecasts.
• Manage lease administration, including renewals, rent collection, and enforcement of lease terms.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and issues, fostering positive landlord-tenant relationships remotely.
• Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management .
• Proven success in managing budgets, tenant relations, and vendor contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate law, leasing practices, and building systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, adapted for remote work.
• Proficiency with property management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• A relevant professional certification (e.g., CCIM, CPM) is advantageous.
