About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties in and around Leeds . This hybrid role requires a blend of on-site property visits and remote administrative duties to ensure the efficient and profitable management of commercial real estate assets. You will be responsible for tenant relations, rent collection, service charge management, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This is a key role for a professional who excels at balancing operational demands with strategic asset management objectives within the Yorkshire property market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial properties, including retail, office, and industrial spaces.
Oversee tenant relations, lease negotiations, renewals, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Manage rent collection, service charge budgets, and financial reporting for the portfolio.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and facilities management activities.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of upkeep and compliance.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in Commercial Property Management .
Strong understanding of lease agreements, property law, and building maintenance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a hybrid remote/office setting.
Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
Relevant professional qualification (e.g., RICS) is advantageous.
