Key Responsibilities
- Actively market and promote commercial properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and present properties in the best possible light, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms of sale and lease agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for clients.
- Liaise with legal professionals and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the Newcastle upon Tyne commercial property sector.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in property negotiation, sales, or lettings, preferably within the commercial sector.
- Excellent understanding of the commercial property market dynamics and legal frameworks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
