About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Commercial Property Negotiator to join their active team in Portsmouth . In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating lease agreements and sales contracts for a variety of commercial properties, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients and the company. Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for lease agreements and property sales, aiming for optimal terms and conditions.
• Conduct market analysis to advise clients on pricing strategies and negotiation approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Negotiator or in a sales-focused real estate role.
