Commercial Property Solicitor

I am working closely with this growing Legal 500 firm, who are hiring into their Commercial Property team.

Theyare looking for a driven and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor 2-4years PQEand open to flexible working on a permanent basis.

This leading firm has exciting growth plans over the next few years. Their current turnover is £20million, withprojected growth to£22million next year. They areforecasting15% growth year on yearand are well placed to continue exceeding this.

They currently house 200 staff, of which120are Solicitors and Partners. As a firm they like to grow organically and promote from within and there are multiple examples and success stories, including an individual who joined the firm as a trainee and is now adirectorover the course of 5 years.

They are a multi-service practice, with Real Estate flavour throughout all the other departments. They punch well above their weight andtheir main competitors are impressively some Top 50 firms.

The firm has attracted many Lawyers out of larger ‘city’ practices, who have been looking for a more collegiate, friendly culture where staff can make more of an impact without sacrificing on quality of work and clients. You will also find there is much more in the way of staff flexibility and work-life balance, with support for remote working on a permanent basis.

The role

They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE.

This role will sit within a strongly established Real Estate team, with hybrid working available. The commercial property department deals with a high quality of work acting for a wide range of domestic and international clients - they have established themselves as a trusted name across the market.

You will deal with a broad range of work that, among other areas, will include:

• Property investment, acquisitions and disposals
• Development
• Landlord and tenant work
• Property management
• Advising institutional and private investors, funds, developers, institutional lenders, and private banks

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE, England and Wales qualified
• You will be confident working well under pressure with minimal supervision
• You will deal with high quality work, working closely alongside Partners and experienced fee earners
• You will have excellent support from a strongly established real estate team
