You will advise a diverse client base on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
• Conduct due diligence, prepare and review legal documentation.
• Advise clients on commercial landlord and tenant matters.
• Negotiate terms and manage transactions to completion.
• Liaise with clients, surveyors, and other professionals involved in property deals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property law and regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property law .
• Proven experience in managing commercial property transactions independently.
• Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements and property development.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant legal software and databases.
