A leading Legal 500 law firm  is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor  to join its established Sheffield team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 5 years' PQE  to join a highly regarded, multi accredited firm and work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters.

You will advise a broad range of clients on a variety of commercial property transactions , with responsibility for managing your own caseload and delivering a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters
• Advise on commercial property sales and purchases
• Deal with commercial lettings and landlord and tenant matters
• Advise on property finance transactions
• Handle residential conveyancing matters where required
• Manage transactions from instruction through to completion
• Liaise with clients and other parties throughout the transaction

Requirements

• Around 5 years' PQE  in Commercial Property
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
• Experience handling a varied commercial property caseload
• Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercial approach and strong attention to detail
