Commercial Property Solicitor — Position Overview:

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload with genuine client interaction

Act as a trusted adviser to a broad client base of individuals, investors, developers and SMEs

Contribute to business development, client relationship management and firm growth

Full-time, hybrid role based in the firm's South West London office

Strong opportunities for development within a growing practice

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, refinancing and development work

Acting as a trusted adviser to individuals, investors, developers and SMEs

Contributing to business development, client relationship management and firm growth initiatives

Providing high-quality, client-focused advice throughout

Using the firm's Case Management System to progress matters

Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

• 
  
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property

Proven experience managing a varied commercial property caseload

An ability to deal with residential development work would be helpful

IT skills to operate a Case Management System

A commercially minded individual who enjoys client interaction, business development and leadership

Excellent client care and communication skills
