This role presents an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and complex lease agreements.
• Conduct due diligence, title investigations, and planning inquiries for property developments.
• Advise clients on property finance, easements, restrictive covenants, and other property-related matters.
• Negotiate terms and draft legal documentation to protect client interests effectively.
• Liaise with clients, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction progression in Cardiff .

  Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property law .
• Proven experience in managing a varied caseload of transactional property matters.
• Strong understanding of property law, including landlord and tenant legislation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a keen commercial awareness.
