Our client, a leading regional law firm is looking for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established and dynamic team in Peterborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with a strong interest in commercial property law to manage their own caseload, develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

The Role:

You will have the opportunity to work across a varied range of commercial property matters, including:

• Sales and acquisitions.
• Landlord and tenant matters.
• Large commercial property portfolios.
• Refinancing.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 6-months PQE in Commercial Property.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment and meet challenging deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly.
• A personable, confident and commercially aware approach.
• A proactive attitude towards networking, business development and developing new work opportunities.
