Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, sales contracts, and development agreements.
• Advise clients on property disputes, planning law, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for property deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in commercial property law.
• Proven expertise in managing complex commercial property transactions.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong client-facing abilities and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding caseload efficiently.
