About the Role
Our client seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to bolster their thriving practice in Cardiff . This role involves managing a varied portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects, for a diverse client base. You will play a key role in advising clients on all legal aspects of their property interests, contributing to the continued success and expansion of the firm’s real estate department, within a supportive and professional atmosphere in the Welsh capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and lease agreements.
- Conduct thorough property due diligence and provide clear, concise advice to clients.
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases, licenses to assign, and other property-related documentation.
- Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, and property development issues.
- Manage client relationships and ensure the efficient progression of transactions to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive legal support on property-related matters.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property law .
- Proven expertise in handling a range of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters.
- Strong understanding of property law, Land Registry procedures, and related legislation.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
