Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveys and valuations of various commercial properties, including retail, office, and industrial spaces.
• Prepare comprehensive reports advising clients on market conditions, investment potential, and risk assessment.
• Negotiate property acquisitions and disposals on behalf of clients, aiming for optimal commercial outcomes.
• Manage client portfolios, providing ongoing strategic advice and support for asset enhancement.
• Liaise with solicitors, letting agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Requirements

• Qualified MRICS or FRICS surveyor with extensive experience in commercial property.
• Strong understanding of the Birmingham commercial property market and regional economic drivers.
• Proficiency in valuation techniques, market analysis, and report writing.
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
