Key Responsibilities

• Conducting accurate valuations of commercial properties for various purposes.
• Undertaking detailed building surveys and preparing reports.

Requirements

• Qualified Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent) with proven experience in commercial property .
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and building surveying principles.
• Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Client-facing experience with strong communication and negotiation skills.
