Commercial Real Estate & Finance Counsel

APS Legal is seeking a commercially minded solicitor to join our Insolvency, Real Estate & Finance team in Manchester or London. You will advise on real estate and real estate finance transactions, negotiating and executing documentation while supporting business stakeholders and fund clients.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions and collaboration with colleagues across Arrow Group jurisdictions when required. Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder skills are essential.
