About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to join their expanding team in Birmingham . This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, identify and negotiate deals, and contribute to the firm's strong presence in the Midlands property market. You will be instrumental in advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and leasing strategies for a variety of commercial properties. This position requires a blend of strategic market insight, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client partnerships, working both independently and collaboratively within a structured office environment while leveraging remote tools for client engagement and deal progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building within the commercial real estate sector.
- Represent clients in the negotiation and execution of sales and leasing transactions for office, retail, and industrial properties.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and property analysis to advise clients on optimal pricing and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, offering memorandums, and lease agreements.
- Manage a pipeline of potential deals, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through to completion.
- Collaborate with internal legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in commercial real estate brokerage or sales, with a deep understanding of the Birmingham property market .
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to source and close deals independently.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate law, leasing practices, and market trends.
- Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
