This role involves advising on a wide range of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects for commercial properties. You will work closely with clients, including investors, developers, and businesses, ensuring smooth and legally sound property dealings. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and complex lease agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Advise clients on property development projects, planning permissions, and land assembly.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters for commercial properties, including negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Liaise with clients, other legal professionals, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property law regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial real estate law.
• Proven experience in handling a diverse range of property transactions.
• Thorough understanding of commercial property law, including landlord and tenant legislation.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and remotely.
