Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the evolution of Gigaclear's commercial strategy. This role will focus on building new segmented go-to-market approaches, the supporting pricing architecture, and the development of new revenue streams, working across B2B and B2C markets.
You will own the execution of new commercial initiatives, the BAU management of existing products / propositions and the creation of a scalable commercial data architecture to improve commercial & marketing decision making.
This is a high impact role and comes at a critical junction in Gigaclear's growth story. The position offers the opportunity to shape the company's commercial strategy and lay the foundations for long-term value creation.
Note: this is a hybrid role, so you will need to be comfortable commuting to our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, circa 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Product Proposition & Pricing: Lead product proposition development, pricing strategies, and product innovation to meet market demands and align with customer expectations. Implement geographic / UPRN level pricing to enable the business to protect value and compete more efficiently.
Segmentation Strategy: Design and define a segmented commercial model and develop pricing architecture across acquisition, in-life, and out-of contract journeys. Identify and quantify ARPU optimisation opportunities by segment, deliver the plan to unlock benefit.
Portfolio & Proposition Strategy: Review and optimise the current portfolio and proposition structure across B2C and B2B. Define a clear future architecture (including speed tiers, bundling & lifecycle pricing) to fit with the segmentation strategy and provide strategic direction to inform the product roadmap (B2B & B2C).
Develop New Revenue Streams: Identify and prioritise new revenue opportunities across B2C and B2B markets (e.g. VAS, VoIP, TV/Content, Off-Net, MVNO, Satellite). Build the commercial business cases, go-to-market strategy and oversee implementation working with our CTIO teams.
Commercial Data & Decisioning: Define requirements for commercial data architecture to support proposition, pricing, and lifecycle decisioning. Work with the Insight & Intelligence team to shape the implementation of a Snowflake based data environment to support a segmented go-to-market strategy. Enable robust cohort analysis across ARPU, churn, CLV and acquisition performance and establish reporting dashboards and frameworks to enable commercial decision making.
