Commercial, Tech & IP Solicitor — Contracts & Innovation

The Northampton-based law firm is seeking a Commercial, Tech & IP Solicitor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE and solid experience across commercial contracts, technology, and Intellectual Property.

You will advise clients on a range of commercial and technology agreements, IP matters, and support senior colleagues on larger transactions and projects. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
