About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Van Driver to join their expanding logistics operation based in Coventry . You will be tasked with collecting and delivering goods, ensuring efficient route planning and timely completion of all scheduled drops. This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the goods transported. Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily delivery and collection schedules efficiently and punctually.
• Safely operate a commercial van, performing pre-drive checks and adhering to all regulations.
• Ensure all goods are loaded, secured, and unloaded correctly to prevent damage.
• Maintain clear communication with the logistics team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Manage delivery paperwork, including proof of delivery forms and mileage logs.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license with appropriate commercial vehicle entitlement.
• Proven track record of safe driving and adherence to schedules.
• Familiarity with the Coventry and West Midlands transport network.
• Physically capable of manual handling of goods.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude.
