Commis Chef: Breakfast & Lunch in a Busy Kitchen

ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a Commis Chef for Restaurant Sin Fin on a Defence Site in Derby. The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with early breakfast and lunch service blocks and a busy, professional kitchen environment.

No previous experience required as full training is provided. You will work as part of a 9-person team serving over 600 guests daily, upholding Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety standards,
