Commis Chef: Handcrafted Pastry & Lunch Prep

Mokoko Bakery in the south west, with stores in Bath, Bristol and Portishead, is hiring at our Spitfire Hangar store in North Bristol. You will assist in preparing the daily lunch menu, including fillings, sourdough sandwiches, and cakes, working in front of customers.

Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, the role offers hands-on experience in handmade viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads, with a fast-paced bakery environment that values quality and craft.
