Commis Chef – Learn & Grow in Busy Kitchen (Mon–Fri)

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Commis Chef for Restaurant Sin Fin on a defence site in Derby. The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6:30am–3:00pm), with no weekend work and full training provided.

The successful candidate will prepare high-quality food, work as part of a 9-person kitchen team, and uphold strict hygiene, health and safety standards while representing the Compass Group and restaurant with pride.
