We're looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our talented kitchen brigade and begin or continue their culinary journey in one of the Cotswolds' most iconic hotels.

Your Role as Commis Chef
As a Commis Chef, you'll support the Senior Kitchen Team in the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes for our guests and team members, while developing your own skills in a professional and supportive environment.
This role offers exposure to high‑quality food preparation and service, making it an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow and progress within a luxury hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards under the guidance of the Senior Kitchen Team
- Take pride in producing dishes that meet quality, consistency and presentation standards
- Support the smooth operation of the kitchen during service
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Work collaboratively as part of a positive and professional kitchen brigade
- Contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
- A food preparation qualification is beneficial but not essential
