Commis Chef - Path to Head Chef, Flexible Shifts & Perks

The Navigation Inn is seeking a reliable Commi Chef to join Upham Inns’ growing collective of pubs across Southern England. You will assist in food prep, cook basic dishes, handle vegetables, meats and fish, and support senior chefs while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

Rewards include up to £12.21 per hour plus a share of Tronc (potentially up to £5,000 annually) with flexible shifts and staff discounts on meals, hotel stays, and family benefits.
