EXCITY Retail Support is looking for a self-employed, commission-only sales agent to introduce retail and brand clients needing merchandising or store support work.

This is genuinely commission-only — no salary, no retainer, and nothing owed either way if nothing sells.

Commission structure:

• — Tier 1 (single project): 10% of invoiced revenue when you introduce a client who books a one-off job.
• — Tier 2 (whole company): 5% of invoiced revenue for 12 months when you sign an entire retail group or brand onto ongoing work.

Commission is calculated on invoiced revenue, not profit after costs, and is paid once the client has paid. There is no cap on earnings.

How payment works: you introduce a client, the work is agreed and quoted, the job runs and the client is invoiced, and once the client pays, your commission is paid out promptly.

Work your own hours from anywhere — no targets, no minimum hours, no micromanagement. Existing relationships with retailers, brand marketing teams or category managers are a plus, but not required.
