Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic communications plan that aligns with the organisation's mission and objectives.

- Oversee the organisation's brand identity and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Manage the organisation's digital presence, including website content and social media engagement.
- Develop crisis communication plans and respond effectively to sensitive issues.
- Collaborate with fundraising and programme teams to create compelling communications that support their goals.
- Monitor media coverage and public perception, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably within the charity sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling stories and messages.
- Strong media relations experience and a proven ability to secure positive media coverage.
- Proficiency in digital communications, including social media management and website content development.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
