Community Care Assistant (Self-Employed)

Continuity Care is growing, and we are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our dedicated team in Cheltenham.

What you'll be doing:

As a Self-Employed Community Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and continue living comfortably in their local community.

You will provide companionship , practical support and personal care where required, while ensuring every client receives care that is respectful, compassionate and tailored to their individual needs.

Our community care packages provide the opportunity to build strong relationships with the people you support while making a genuine difference to their everyday lives.

Working Hours:

We’re looking for caring and flexible individuals with availability between 8:30am to 9:30pm , including weekends .

We are looking for people who are:

• Caring, compassionate, and dependable
• Reliable and committed to providing high-quality care
• Comfortable providing care and support in clients' homes
• Willing to learn and support clients with their individual needs
• Able to work independently while being part of a supportive care team

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with access to your own car
  
• Willing to register and work as Self-Employed
• Female applicants only due to client preference

Training:

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We understand that everyone starts somewhere, which is why we’re committed to supporting you in your role.

As a Self-Employed Community Care Assistant, you’ll be expected to keep your training up to date, including essential training such as Manual Handling. We can direct you to an online training portal, making it easy for you to complete and maintain the training you need to work confidently and safely.
