Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and medication, according to care plans.

• Monitor and report on clients' well-being, noting any changes in their condition or circumstances.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care setting or providing personal care is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic nature.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding principles.
• A full UK driving licence and access to own transport is required for community visits.
