Community Care Assistant

We are a small, family-run private care agency , proudly rated Outstanding by the CQC , and we are looking for caring, reliable and dedicated individuals to join our friendly team.

The role

You’ll be supporting elderly clients in their own homes, providing compassionate, person-centred care and helping them to remain independent within their local community.

Previous care experience is welcomed, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Working hours

We are looking for part-time care workers who can work either:

• 07:00 - 14:00
• 16:00 - 20:30

Every other weekend is required.

• Poole

• Christchurch
• Southbourne
• Mudeford
• Ringwood
• Surrounding areas

Essential requirements

Due to the nature of the role, you must:

• Live within approximately 10 miles of Christchurch
• Have access to a reliable car for work
• Be legally entitled to work in the UK
