Community Care Champion with Driving Licence

Community Case Management Limited is seeking organised and reliable support workers to join a team caring for a 26-year-old man with cerebral palsy, severe epilepsy, peg feeding and learning difficulties. He lives in a village between King's Lynn and Wisbech and requires 24-hour support and 2:1 care, enjoys music and outings with his team.

A full driving licence is required as you will drive the client in the WAV for community activities.
