About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Care Manager to lead their operations in Bradford . This pivotal role involves managing a team of care professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional domiciliary care services to clients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community care service, managing staff rotas and workloads.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop tailored care and support plans.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise care staff, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational efficiency to achieve service objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services or a similar community-based care setting.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and the social care sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality improvement.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ/QCF Level 5 or equivalent).
