Community Development Officer

About the Role

Our client, a vital organisation within the Charity & Voluntary sector, is seeking a proactive and engaging Community Development Officer to join their team in Wolverhampton . This role focuses on empowering local communities by identifying needs, developing supportive initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with residents and local groups. You will play a key part in facilitating community-led projects, encouraging participation, and ensuring that our client's services effectively meet the needs of the people they serve in the Wolverhampton area. Key Responsibilities

• Identify community needs and opportunities through engagement, research, and consultation in Wolverhampton .

Requirements
