Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy tailored to the needs of the local population.
- Organise and facilitate community events, workshops, and information sessions to promote awareness and participation.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with community leaders, local groups, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at community meetings, forums, and public events.
- Gather feedback from the community to inform service development and strategic planning.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers involved in community outreach activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community development, outreach, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to engage diverse community groups and build trust.
- Excellent organisational and event management skills.
