Community Engagement Project Worker

A part-time, fixed term (until March 2027) Community Engagement Project Worker within out Carmarthenshire Prevention Hub working across Llanelli, Ammanford and Gwendreath.

You will play a key part in delivery of the preventative hubs in Llanelli, Amman and Gwendreath, these hubs provide preventative and solution-based community support to support customers to improve and/ or maintain their health, well-being and independence through social integration and strong community relationships.

As part of the lead team, you will deliver the single point of contact from which customers can access information, opportunities, and support is visible, accessible and available.
