About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local fundraising plan to meet agreed targets for events and campaigns.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key community stakeholders, including corporate partners and major donors.
• Organise and manage local fundraising events, from initial planning through to post-event evaluation.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers for fundraising activities and events.
• Create compelling fundraising materials and communications to engage potential supporters.
• Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities, donor information, and income generated.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising , sales, or a related role, preferably within the charity sector.
• Demonstrable success in developing and managing fundraising campaigns or events.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
