Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community fundraising strategies tailored to the London market.

• Organise and execute engaging fundraising events, campaigns, and activities to maximise participation and income.
• Inspire and motivate volunteers, providing them with the support and resources needed to succeed.
• Track, analyse, and report on fundraising performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop compelling fundraising materials and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising , particularly within the charity sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful fundraising campaigns and events.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis for reporting on fundraising performance.
