Community Health Care Assistant (District Nursing)

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales is seeking a District Nurse to assist registered nurses in delivering community-based patient care. You will work with patients and carers, follow the nursing care plan, and support the district nursing team across Denbighshire.

The role requires teamwork and the ability to travel between patients' homes in towns and rural areas. Welsh speaking is desirable; applications in Welsh are welcome and will be treated equally.
