Community Health Care Assistant — Mon–Fri, 8:30–4:30

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to work across the Hounslow area from the Bedfont Clinic. You will undertake clinical duties under mentorship, including venepuncture, basic measurements and wound care, with a focus on patient safety and continence reviews.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Driving licence and access to a car are preferred; no weekend shifts are required.
