Community Housing & Tenancy Officer

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to join the Localities team in South Warwickshire. You will work with communities to manage tenancies and improve neighbourhoods, often on the move within your patch.

You will visit customers, advise on tenancies, inspect estates, and address health and safety or safeguarding concerns, building partnerships with agencies. You will maintain records with attention to detail to support service delivery.
