Community Hub Builder — Holtspur (Part-Time)

Beaconsfield United Reformed Church in Holtspur, Beaconsfield, is seeking a part-time Community Development Worker (22.5 hours per week) to shape a new programme from the ground up.

You will work closely with our church leadership, get to know Holtspur street by street, and develop activities that genuinely matter for local residents, including meals, elderly support, and family groups. You’ll recruit volunteers and help transform Holtspur’s refurbished building into a welcoming hub.
