Community Mental Health Nurse — CPD & Preceptorship

HPFT is seeking enthusiastic nurses to join Adult Community Mental Health Services in Dacorum. You will work with a small, supportive team to enhance medicines administration and physical health support in a community setting.

Newly registered Band 5 nurses receive a 12-month preceptorship, with ongoing supervision and development opportunities. A full driving licence and access to a car for business use are essential, unless excluded by the Equality Act 2010.
