Community Mental Health Social Worker - Recovery Focus

Dorset Council is seeking a dynamic Social Worker for the Community Mental Health team in Weymouth and Portland. You will undertake strengths-based assessments, planning and reviews to promote independence and recovery.

Based in a collaborative setting with health colleagues, you will work with adults with significant mental health needs, following a recovery model, and benefit from strong supervision, CPD and ASYE opportunities.
