Medacs Healthcare is seeking a Community Registered Nurse (Band 5) to serve the Ormskirk area, delivering urgent community care with flexible shift options and competitive pay.

You will undertake urgent mental health and risk assessments, support children and young people in crisis, develop crisis plans, and work closely with families, carers and partner agencies, liaising with acute services to ensure safe, person-centred care.
