Community Nurse - Learning Disabilities & ADHD Specialist

Northumbria Health Care Trust invites applications for a post within the Community Learning Disability Team. The role involves carrying out ADHD diagnostic assessments for children with learning disabilities and providing a high quality community nursing service in the North Tyneside area.

The post holder will work across primary and secondary care, collaborate with other agencies, and support Positive Behaviour Support plans to prevent hospital admission and promote community living.
