Community Nursing Associate — Home Care & Independence Impact

Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Community Registered Nurse Associate to join district nursing teams serving Chorley, South Ribble and Preston.

You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in patients’ homes and community settings, working closely with patients, families and a range of health and social care professionals to promote independence and wellbeing.
