Community OT - Urgent Care & Reablement

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in Liverpool area is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary ICRAS Therapy teams. You will provide holistic assessments and develop patient-centred treatment plans to support urgent care and early discharge in the community.

The role involves travel between sites across Liverpool/South Sefton, working with patients in their own homes, and collaborating with families and other professionals to enable recovery and safe discharge.
